VICEROY® Allspice Whole

For Grinding:

Lightly toast whole allspice berries in a dry pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Allow to cool, then grind in a spice grinder, mortar and pestle, or crush with the back of a heavy pan. Grind only what you need for immediate use to preserve maximum flavour and aroma.
